Activating Your License

Your True Protection by Jag license key unlocks the full feature set of the software. This guide explains how to activate your license on a new installation or transfer it to a different device.

Where to Find Your License Key

• In the confirmation email sent after purchase
• In your account dashboard at tpjsecurity.com/account
• On the physical card included with retail box purchases

Activation Steps

• Step 1: Open True Protection by Jag.
• Step 2: Navigate to Settings > License.
• Step 3: Enter your 25-character license key in the provided field.
• Step 4: Click Activate.
• Step 5: The software will verify your key with our servers and confirm activation.

Activation Limits

Each license key supports activation on up to the number of devices specified by your plan:

• Personal Plan: 1 device
• Family Plan: Up to 5 devices
• Business Plan: Up to 25 devices

If you need to move your license to a new device, deactivate it on the old device first through Settings > License > Deactivate This Device.

Offline Activation

If your device does not have internet access, you can perform offline activation by generating a request code and submitting it through another device at tpjsecurity.com/offline-activation.
