Billing and Invoices
This guide explains how billing works for your True Protection by Jag subscription and how to access and manage your invoices.
Billing Cycle
True Protection subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you selected at purchase. Annual plans offer significant savings compared to monthly billing.
Viewing Invoices
- Step 1: Log in at tpjsecurity.com/account.
- Step 2: Navigate to Billing > Invoice History.
- Step 3: Click on any invoice to view details or download a PDF copy.
Updating Payment Method
- Step 1: Go to Billing > Payment Methods.
- Step 2: Click Add Payment Method or Edit next to your current method.
- Step 3: Enter your updated credit card, debit card, or PayPal information.
- Step 4: Save changes. Your next billing cycle will use the new payment method.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to three times over the following week. You will receive email notifications about the failed payment. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be suspended, but not cancelled. Simply update your payment method to restore your subscription.
Refund Policy
True Protection offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. Contact [email protected] within 30 days of your initial purchase to request a refund.
