Transferring Your License

If you have purchased a new computer or need to move True Protection by Jag to a different device, you can transfer your license without purchasing a new subscription.

Transfer Steps

• Step 1 - Deactivate on Old Device: Open True Protection on your old device. Navigate to Settings > License > Deactivate This Device. This frees up one device slot in your license.
• Step 2 - Install on New Device: Download the latest installer from tpjsecurity.com/downloads and install it on your new device.
• Step 3 - Activate on New Device: Enter your existing license key when prompted, or go to Settings > License and enter it there.

Remote Deactivation

If you no longer have access to the old device (for example, if it was lost, stolen, or already wiped), you can deactivate it remotely:

• Step 1: Log in to tpjsecurity.com/account.
• Step 2: Go to Licenses > Active Devices.
• Step 3: Find the old device and click Deactivate.

Cross-Platform Transfers

Your license works across platforms. You can deactivate from a Windows PC and activate on a Mac, or vice versa. The same license key works on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
