Resetting Your Password

If you have forgotten your True Protection account password or want to change it for security reasons, follow the steps below.

Forgot Your Password

• Step 1: Visit tpjsecurity.com/forgot-password.
• Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your account.
• Step 3: Click Send Reset Link.
• Step 4: Check your email for the password reset link. Click the link within 60 minutes.
• Step 5: Enter your new password. We recommend using at least 12 characters with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.

Changing Your Current Password

• Step 1: Log in to your account at tpjsecurity.com/account.
• Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings > Security.
• Step 3: Click Change Password.
• Step 4: Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.

Password Security Tips

• Use a unique password that you do not use on any other website or service.
• Consider using a password manager to generate and store strong passwords.
• Enable two-factor authentication for an additional layer of security.
• Never share your password with anyone, including support representatives.
