The True Protection by Jag support team is here to help you resolve any issues and get the most from your security software. We offer multiple channels for reaching our team.
Support Channels

- Email Support: Send your inquiry to [email protected]. We respond within 24 hours for standard inquiries and within 4 hours for Business Plan customers.
- Support Tickets: Submit a ticket through your account dashboard at tpjsecurity.com/account > Support for tracked issue resolution.
- Live Chat: Available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern Time, through the chat widget on our website.

Before Contacting Support
To help us resolve your issue faster, please have the following information ready:
- Your license key or account email address
- The version of True Protection installed (found in Settings > About)
- Your operating system name and version
- A description of the issue and any error messages
- A diagnostic report if possible (generated from Settings > General > Generate Diagnostic Report)
Response Times
- Personal and Family Plans: Within 24 hours
- Business Plan: Within 4 hours
- Critical Security Issues: Prioritized and addressed as soon as possible
